Bubble King 250 Int. pump not woking

    Hallo,


    We have aquried BK250 int from Mr. Thorsten - Koralenwellt.
    We have a problem with the skimmer pump.
    The situation is as folow:
    This morning the power was out for an half an hour at my customer home. After the power get back, the skimmer doesnt work, pump not pumping at all.


    Can You please , Klaus or Torsten , or anybody advise us what should we do?

    bad to here that!! Only to make sure..there is Power at the particular Outlet? Not to get nasty because a fuse has failed!
    Is the pump droning or do you feel a slight vibration or so? I just like to know if there is some "life" at the pump or if this is fully dead!


    Have you tried to unplug and replug the pump?

    i've had that problem in the past, too.
    In my case, the pump "thought" that it was stuck ('cause it was dirty inside) and stopped the motor accordingly.
    All I had to do, was open the pumphead, clean the pump, assemble it again and all was fine.
    I now clean the pump every 6 months and it never happened again.

    you have cleaned the Pump ? Please controlling the Magneticshaft of Calzium. When you not fixed the problem, please send the Pump to :
