I'm loking for some informations abouth HW meersalz. It is a good salz for reef aquarium?

Sorry for my Eglish, do not speak German, hope will have some feedback.

My english ist not the best, but i tray to write you.

HW Reef Salt is absolutley okay for keeping Corals and fishes. But he has 3 mg Silicat..

But we dont want Silicat in Reef Tanks...

I think Tropic Marin Classic and Pro Reef ist okay, or Red Sea or Reef Crystal. There are good Salts for Reef Aquarist. Many more Labels too...

I'm familiar with TM, I import it in Macedonia, but sometimes I can not buy big qunatites so look for an alternative

Es gibt seit einiger Zeit einige neuere Salz Sorten.

von Korallenzucht (http://www.korallen-zucht.de), Timo Reef Salt (http://www.matuta.de) und länger schon das Grotech Salz. (http://www.grotech.de)
Alle sollen okay sein.

Evtl bekommt man da kleinere Mengen.

Somehow I'm more familiar to get stuck with the brands that I know produced heir salts, than the comapny eis that not. Probaly will go with TM or Red sae or Reef Crystal.

One more question Robert, did You familiar with the Aqualight premium sea saltz?

What about Preis Salt? IMHO it is a very good salt, I am using it together with TMPR and I am very happy with it.

PREIS is somhow, too pricy, I do not know why? We also have their ofer, but too expensive.

Have you tried Red Sea Salt? I know many people who use Red Sea for every other waterchange in alternation with Tropic Marin and they claim their tanks did benefit from that.
